Fitbit announces Alta HR, its smallest tracker with a heart rate sensor

Fitbit Alta with a heartbeat sensor sneaked in. It does what Fitbit calls the “world’s smallest” wrist-worn tracker with a continuous heart rate sensor. (In terms of width instead of thickness).
