Reporting Copyright Infringement:

If your personal property is violated you should submit the report and claim your material:

  1. For claiming infringe on behalf of the owner you must require electronic or physical sign of the owner.
  2. The material or work which is claimed must include proper address and location so that company can find its existence
  3. The person claiming infringe also include email and contact number.
  4. Company made penalty if the notifying party claim is accurate which was provided on behalf of the owner.

Once Proper Bona Fide Infringement Notification is received by the Designated Agent:

It is Company’s policy:

  1. To eliminate that material that has been claimed.
  2. Disable the access to the user after notify.
  3. Repeating infringement cause termination of such user’s access to the service.

Procedure to Supply a Counter-Notice to the Designated Agent:

  1. Physical or electronic signature of the content supplier, member or client;
  2. Proper identification and location of the material appears before it has been removed.
  3. Statement that content provider has good belief that content was removed by miss identification or by mistaken.
  1. Content provider, member or client’s name, address, phone number, and, if accessible, email address and an announcement that such individual or element agrees to the site of the Federal Court for the legal area in which the content provider’s location is found, or if the  provider’s location is situated outside the United States, for any legal region in which Company is found, and that such individual or element will acknowledge administration of procedure from the individual who gave warning of the charged encroachment.

In case counter-notice is gotten by the Designated Agent, Company may send a duplicate of the counter-notice to the first complain party advising that individual that it might supplant the evacuated material or stop crippling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright proprietor records an activity looking for a court request against the content supplier, the expelled material might be supplanted or access to it reestablished in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-see, at Company’s discretion.
